Important Rules- Pit area:
- Mechanics must show an IMS license and purchase an $20.00 pit pass.
- Mechanics must wear enclosed toe shoes and appropriate attire, ( ex: team uniform,
white or black pants. Long pants only. No tank tops) - Mechanics must be at least 18 years of age (no crew under the age of 18 will be
allowed in the pits). - No dogs, kids, girlfriends/boyfriends will be allowed in the pits. Only riders and
mechanics who are signed in for that nights program will be allowed in the pits. - The pit gate is open 6:00 .pm
- No alcoholic beverages will be allowed in the pits at any time. Period!
- Mechanics are prohibited from entering the race track for any reason after the start of
the event ( mechanics may enter the track only after consent has been given from the
pit steward). Mechanics may not be on the infield during a race. - Riders will be held responsible for the actions of their mechanics according to the
rules of IMS.
